Every morning upon getting up and every evening upon lying down, do this things:
First, thank God or the Universe for all the goods you have got (in feelings, goods, services, actions)
Second, state in the present tense (which is ask for something). For instance: "Dear God, Creator, Universe, Thank you for giving me --a new car--."
As you ask, feel your joy as if the car is already here with you; Vision the car parked in your driveway.
Lately I read "Try not to complain; it lowers down your energy."
