How do I get Happy?
Several tips :
1. Laugh and smile.
Be excited! You don't have to do this in public! When I drive, I try to smile (like a relax smile; not a forced smile) ; just remember a nice thing that you saw or heard.
2. Be grateful.
Thank God or the Universe for every good thing that happened to you, even the small things. Every week or day list nice things that happened to you. Hug you wife, or husband, kids, etc. Tell them how you love them. Don't take anything for granted.
3. Give
Give money, time, a phone call just to help, with joy, not with duty.
