 wrote that one of his daily affirmation statement was: 
"The present is my point of power, I act now with vision and purpose to
 easily create the reality I desire!"
He advises to set up moments during the day life driving, taking a shower
and repeat this statement to yourself.  
He says,"You will like the results!
It may take weeks and months, but you can increase the percentage of time you
 really live and act in the present."
