There is this mother driving her car with her 3-year old daughter in the backseat. The little girl is exploring around her, and finds a stethoscope. Her mom thinks "Oh my! How adorable! Maybe she would be a doctor, just like mommy!" So the little girl puts on stethoscope on her ears, grabs the sensor, and announce: "Welcome to McDonalds! May I have your order, please?"
