Empower Yourself with Meditation

Empower YourSelf with Daily Meditation...

One of the most interesting and rewarding path to empower your self is by way of Meditation. What is Meditation? It is the skill of watching your thoughts without getting stopped by the stories your ego creates. As you keep on to be just a watcher of your own thoughts, something wonderful will happen.

These thoughts slowing you down will start to lose their power over you mind. You will clearly see how these thoughts and stories are so impractical and ridiculous.

Need some help? A little push from time to time? Need a coach to succeed?

The Power of a Smile

The power of a smile is real.

Here is a sage advice form Elbert Hubbard: “ Whenever you go out, draw the chin in, carry the crown of the head high, and fill the longs to the utmost. Drink the sunshine; greet your friends with a smile and put soul into every handshake. Do not fear being misunderstood and so not waste a minute thinking about your enemies. Try to fix firmly in your mind what you would like to be; and then without veering off direction you will move straight to the goal. Keep your mind on the great and splendid things you'd like to do, and then the days go gliding away , you will find yours unconsciously seizing opportunities that are required to the fulfillment of your desire, picture in your mind the able, earnest, useful person you desire to be, and the thought you hold is transforming you into that particular individual. Though is supreme. Preserve a right mental attitude of courage, frankness, and good cheer. To think rightly is to create. All things come through desires and every sincere payer is answered. We become like whom on which our heart are fixed. "

Here is a Chinese proverb: “ a man without a smiling face must not open a shop”

Your smile is the messenger of your good will. Your smile brightens the lives of all who see it. To someone who has seen dozen of people frown, your smile is like the sun breaking through the clouds. especially when that someone is under pressure from his bosses, his customers, his teachers or parents or children, a smile can help him realize that all is not hopeless, that there is joy in the world.

Keep in mind to smile your heart out, when you drive, when you answer the phone, when you talk to cashiers. ...And let your smile bring a little bit of a miracle in their lives.

First Step: Be Self-Confident

First Step: Be Self-Confident. The longest journeys start with the first step. But take this step as a leap of faith. Charge you mind with self-confidence and take this first step. It is OK to be a little scared; remember your first bike ride? Weren't you scared of falling? How about your first day away from home, in camp, or in camping? Weren't you sacred? But wow! Didn't it feel good to feel so much alive! With so many possibilities! So much to discover! So much to try! So much interesting things, places, nature, wild life, etc. to investigate and find about! All these new experiences start with one step, the first step. So , today, decide what first step do you want to take? Which direction you want to aim? You can be scared, but don't hesitate too long, for your own good. It is normal to be scared. Don't you think all these great achievers, Einstein, Gandhi, Martin Luther King Jr, Apollo XIII crews, each of the astronauts and cosmonauts, Lance Armstrong, Bill Gates, all surgeons, even the overconfident-like Tony Robbins were scared? Of course , they were all scared, yes, but they decided "I am going to do something important in my life." And then, they took their first step. And long after they did, people still remember them. How do you want to be remembered? What legacy do yo want to leave? All these great word, achievements, deeds, legacies, all have started with : one step, the first step.

word of Wisdom: the Present

Who would have known? Even Donald Trump in the big money game, has still some wisdom. He said, "I try to learn from the past, but I plan for the future by focusing exclusively on the present. That's where the fun is." I came up with this one: The Past is gone. I can't do anything about it. The Future is yet to come, not decided yet. Nothing but the result of the present. So I put all efforts into the Present, the Here and Now. The Future will come as the outcome... Focus on the Present, because this is your my best asset.

Here's to your Success!
