my loving dog, my friends' children who run to me to hug me.(We don't have kids...but they know...) and lately, for the delicious Thanksgiving dinner, in company of 2 friends from Pakistan, who blessed the dinner in Arabic, who brought us a beautiful handmade shawl made in Pakistan, and even though we were only 4 around dinner, there was enough Love for 20 people. I know that God brought us together (God/Universe). May the spirit of Peace touch all the ones who are reading this. I am also thankful for seeing hope in my starting e-business. I know that as I give as much as I can in my business and life, is the real secret for abundance.

Meditation Tips:
Try meditation every morning (sunrise), or every evening (sunset), or both!
Meditation is usually about 20 minutes long.
In a sitting position, index and thumb touching, eyes closed,
breathing: usually 6-3-6-3 (inhale 6 seconds, pause 3 secs, exhale 6 secs, pause 3 secs)
recommended: soft music (new age or yoga music ) and burning of incense (Nag Champa ) if not facing sunrise, sunset, very soft light. If possible, be in a quite place. I also recommend sitting in a garden with flowers, with water noise. For inside: A small room fountain (the one you can put on a table) or for outside, a regular pond with 3 tiers water fountain. This is always a good noise to have around, even after meditation. It calms you mind.

Let's be more contemplative of the beauty of a smile, a good action, the good side of the people we know. Our spouse, children, friends, relatives, the cashier, the poor in the street, and think good about all these people around us, let us also stop running and admire a flower, a bird singing, a beautiful sunset, a tree, a flower, and take inside of us a breath of these peaceful opportunities so we can later exhale peace around us.
Let us change one habit at a time. Let us learn to forgive and move on. Let us forget an incident and see that they are not done with will to hurt, but with will to love. Because all this, will fill your heart with positive energy, and positive energy will attract good things to your life. A friendly person is never alone. When you fill your heart with positive, it pushes away the negative.
Then you will see miracles happening all around you, you will feel fantastic, alive, and will thank God (or the Creator, Universe) for a wonderful life you live!
The power of Love is like the Sun. We need it and we need to give it first, in order to receive it.
